- New Zealand government agencies have developed the Government Services for Victims: Working Paper to identify what is currently known about victims' rights and the services provided to victims at a point in time (June-September 2011). This working paper provides information on legislation relating to victims' rights and treatment, the services provided to victims and their family and whānau by key government agencies and the complaints processes currently in place for victim.
